COVID-19 - Open from 19th May

We have pleasure to announce that we will be open from 19th May. Please arrive in a group up to 6 people or 2 households. Wearing of masks is mandatory when entering the building for the duration of your stay.

Please book and pay online for your session . 

We would greatly appreciate and highly recommend that you book sessions in advance.

We will be accepting walk-ins, however we can't guarantee that there will be space, especially whilst adhering to  COVID-19 Regulations. Bookings will of course be given preference. Therefore, we recommend to our customers that you prebook your session to avoid disappointment. All bookings will be given preference to non-booked sessions. Please download and fill in our indemnity form to bring with you prior to your visit. 

We are limiting the number of customers at any one time to maintain social distancing. The building is very large however it is important that we have people enter the building at the sheduled time booked. Please arrive 10 mins prior to your start time. Please wait in your car if you arrive early. We have ample room in our free car park.

Throughout the building we have hand sanitising stations to protect you and others. Please ensure you use these upon arrival and during your stay. 

The axes themselves will be sanitised prior to the session. The building in general will be regularly sanitised to ensure the utmost care is taken to protect our customers and staff. 

Please do not enter the building if you are displaying any Covid-19 symptoms or know that you have recently come in to contact with a Covid positive person.  

Upon arrival please scan the QR code at reception for contact tracing.
